This policy explains what personal data Compass Property Burgas EOOD (in Bulgarian: „Компас Пропърти Бургас“ ЕООД) collects through the Compass Property website, what it uses the data for, and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we collect
- Data from the forms — name, phone, email, preferred viewing time and property description that you send us yourself.
- Data for a transaction — when a brokerage contract is concluded: full name, personal identification number (EGN), identity document details and other data required by law.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and time of visit, recorded automatically by the hosting server.

4. How long we keep the data
- Enquiries that did not lead to a contract — up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Data under concluded contracts — for the period required by law (e.g. 5 years under the Measures Against Money Laundering Act, 10 years for accounting documents).
- Technical logs — up to 30 days.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only when necessary: with the website's hosting provider (SuperHosting.BG, superhosting.bg), with notaries, banks and the other party to a transaction you take part in, and with public authorities when required by law. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise a right, write to us at compasspropertyburgas@gmail.com.
